Take your yoga practice to the next level with Aerial Yoga!
In our Basics series, you’ll learn the basics of how to safely use the aerial silk hammock with unique stretches and inversions to relieve back pain, improve posture, and increase circulation. All are welcome!
Embark on your journey of restorative flow in our restoration course. This session aims to improve full body alignment with stretches that allow time in the hammock to fully unwind. This experience is for those who want to move a little more slowly and really enjoy all the benefits of each pose.
In our strength training, if you’re aiming for greater intensity in your aerial workouts, the strength sequence will activate your muscles in all the right places. This class brings it up with more advanced movements and a workout that will make you think the sky’s the limit!
The event runs from May 13, 2022 to May 29, 2022 and will take place for everyone:
Fridays: 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m
Sundays: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m
Sundays: 1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m
Sunday: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m
