What do you think of the Delta variant? How does it differ from the other variants?

A study recently published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found a potential benefit in getting the recommended amount of physical activity each week. People who did exercise regularly and then tested positive for COVID-19 were less likely to have more serious virus outcomes. How do you feel about exercise and your help in containing COVID?

A Stamford Health report recently published results that “a healthy diet high in nutrient-rich foods can be considered as protection against severe COVID-19”. Which nutrients are important to stay healthy? And how do you get it?
