Two new classes in aquatic fitness will be offered in the season in the Student Rec Center. Morning Motion will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays starting between 8 and 9 a.m. and The Deck will be HIIT on Tuesdays between 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Start your day off by participating in this low-impact water fitness class. Each class will keep you active through a wide range of exercises, which include flexibility and range of motion as well as the art of balance. Fitness enthusiasts of all levels, beginning through advanced are welcome to sign up for the class.

HiIT the Deck Tuesday, 5:30-6.30 p.m.

This intense, high-intensity water exercise class is sure to keep your heart racing and the body moving. Take part in 45 minutes of intense , full-body workout that tests endurance and strength. Exercises are conducted in shallow water, and swimming abilities are not required.
