Law360, London (Sept. 7, 2021, 5:26 p.m. BST) – The owners of a company that sells an artificial intelligence powered exercise bike have dismissed a $ 2.5 million lawsuit filed by investors and relied on their allegations that the company’s shares are worthless “scandalous”.

Ratna Singh and Oliver Bernath, the owners of Integrated Health Partners Ltd., told the London Commercial Court in a recently amended statement of defense dated 27 they were entitled to seek the full $ 2.5 million in damages.
