The exercise period for the series TO 1 warrants, which were issued in connection with the issue of units by Nexam Chemical Holding AB (“Nexam Chemical” or “the Company”) in February 2020, begins on September 1st, 2021.
The exercise period runs today, September 6, 2021, and lasts up to and including September 17, 2021. Each TO 1 warrant entitles the holder to purchase one (1) new share at a subscription price of SEK 6.50 per share. If all warrants are exercised, the company will receive approximately SEK 13.5 million before issuing costs. Holders of warrants must actively subscribe for new shares by September 17, 2021 at the latest or sell the warrants by September 15, 2021 at the latest. If no action is taken, the warrants expire worthless.
Conditions for exercising warrants:
Exercise period: September 6th – 17th, 2021.
Last trading day of warrants of the TO 1 series: 15.09.2021.
conditions: One (1) warrant entitles the holder to purchase one (1) new share.
Exercise price: SEK 6.50 per share.
Output size: 2,071,087 warrants of the TO 1 series.
Please note that warrants that are not exercised on the last day of the exercise period, September 17, 2021, or sold on the last trading day, September 15, 2021, expire worthless.

Nominee registered warrant holders
Holders whose warrants are registered with a custodian or nominee, including investment savings accounts or endowment insurances, should subscribe for and pay for shares in accordance with the instructions of their custodian or nominee. Holders of warrants should contact their custodian or nominee in a timely manner for further instructions.
Directly registered warrant holders
Directly registered warrant holders should use the application form available on the Erik Penser Bank and Nexam Holdings websites to exercise warrants. Subscriptions are made through payments according to the instructions on the application form. Both the application form and the payment must be received by Erik Penser Bank no later than the date specified on the application form.
