Ghiaur said if you have more than two headaches in a week you should seek medical advice about treatment. “Knowing the triggers is the most important change anyone needs to make, so keeping a headache diary is a good idea to be aware of their triggers,” she said. Ghiaur said it could be one trigger or the sum of several that can cause a headache.
