If you’ve had neck pain also known as “tech neck” resulted from looking at your phone for hours This exercise could help ease the pain in a matter of minutes.

“Tech neck” is caused by your neck being slanted for prolonged periods of time when you’re looking down at your mobile or phone device. When your neck starts beginning to hurt, then you’re suffering from tech neck.

Ryan Seacrest shared the hack to ease the pain of neck tech. Perform this exercise:


Sit up STRAIGHT…AND Imagine a number 8 in front of your face. Slowly trace it in the air with your nose 8 times. Then, flip the 8 on its side and repeat Again.
