Several brands of pet food are among the fastest growing private companies in America

NEW YORK – Inc. Magazine published a 5,000 list of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States for 2021, highlighting several pet food, treat, and nutritional supplement brands that are aggressively growing.

Among all 5,000 companies featured on this year’s list, the median three-year median growth rate was 543%, median revenue was $ 11.1 million, and 610,000 jobs were created by the combined companies in the past three years US economy created.

естораПет, a nutritional supplement company based in Gaithersberg, Maryland, ranks number 218 on the list with an impressive growth rate of 2.012% over three years.

SmarterPaw, which owns Lenexa, Kan.-based brand Meowijuana for catnip-inspired treats and toys for cats and dogs, ranks 610 with a three-year growth rate of 789%.

Naperville, Illinois-based Vetnique pet products, a manufacturing company specializing in health supplements and pet care products, ranks 1,087 on the list with a three-year growth rate of 448%.

H&C animal health, a Parker, Colorado-based company providing functional pet products, including nutritional supplements, is ranked 1,526 with a growth rate of 308% over three years.

based in Southlake, Texas Paw tree, a direct selling brand of premium pet food, treats and nutritional supplements, ranks 1,687 on the list with a growth rate of 271% over three years.

Pet approval, a manufacturer of hemp-CBD-based nutritional supplements based in Littleton, Colorado, ranks 2,159 with a growth rate of 201% over three years.

Lincoln, subsidiary resident Logic of nature, a natural and sustainable pet food and treat brand recently acquired by Mid America Pet Food, Inc., ranked 2,648, with a growth rate of 154% in three years. This is the company’s second consecutive annual listing on the Inc. 5000 list.

Carnivore meat company, the Green Bay-based maker of Vital Essentials and Nature’s Advantage on raw pet food brands, was ranked 2,811 on this year’s list, with a growth rate of 141% over three years. This is the company’s third consecutive annual listing on the Inc. 5000 list.

On the pet retail side, Centennial, Colorado-based independent retailer Wag N ‘Wash Natural Pet Food & Care # 842 on the list with a growth rate of 578% over three years.

Ankeny, Iowa-based retailer Pet parents was ranked 1,001 with a growth rate of 482% over three years.

On its mission to help pet businesses start their own business, the Naperville-based Pawsitive solutions has also grown strongly in the past three years. Providing marketing, product registration, lead management, and other business solutions specifically for pet industry brands, the company was ranked 3,369 with a growth rate of 105% over three years.

Also based in Portland Vetsource, an information technology (IT) company providing veterinary related services, ranked 2,930 at a growth rate of 132% over three years.
