Dr. Sykes purchased it & went back to school for his license to perform Laser Tattoo Removal. *In 2016, Dr. Sykes once again enhanced his education & is now on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. *DOT Physical Exams for licensed drivers (from all states) are available here.
