If you’ve had neck pain also known as “tech neck” resulted from looking at your phone for hours This exercise could help alleviate the pain within minutes.

“Tech neck” is the result of your neck being slanted for long periods when you’re looking down at your mobile or phone device. Should your neck be beginning to feel achy, you’re suffering from tech neck.

Ryan Seacrest shared the hack that could ease the pain of neck tech. Try this exercise:


Sit up STRAIGHT…AND Imagine a number 8 in front of you. Slowly trace it in the air with your nose 8 times. Then, flip the 8 on its side and repeat Again.
